Q: What are the set-up fees?

Our upgrade packages are designed to be the best in the industry and our employees work hard to provide the highest quality service available. When you sign-up for an upgrade and your card is charged, there is a physical cost to make that transaction possible. These costs include: credit card transaction fees, chargebacks, hardware use, bandwidth and customer service.

The set-up fees reflect those costs and allow us to maintain the highest quality services available.
